Our original candle-lit THR location, opened in 2025, featuring deep moss green walls and dark ornate furnishings. Located within Kenko Well Studios in Uptown Auckland, this space was designed to feel grounding, intimate, and restorative.
Takapuna
Designed with a luxurious modern feel and a blend of contemporary, and minimal styling. Our second THR location is nestled within Society Skin and Takapuna’s newest wellness collective on Hurstmere Road. A space of warmth and refinement.

The Healing Room extends beyond our physical spaces, offering distance sessions to support your well-being wherever you are. Receive readings direct to your inbox, Reiki while you continue your day, or connect over video call for naturopathy support.

Eden Terrace

Enter through the tall black Kenkō Studios gates, then through the glass doors on the left.
We are on the ground floor, please do not go up the spiral staircase.
Free Parking: Saint Benedicts Street – Kenkō to Newton Road all day and Kenkō to Alex Evans Street after 5:00 pm.
Paid Parking: Saint Benedicts Street – Kenkō to Alex Evans Street before 5:00 pm (Auckland Transport) as well as Wilson, Parkmate and Tournament parking lots.

Enter next to Eat Street on Hurstmere Road or via the Anzac Street carpark.
We are on the first floor inside Studio 3, Society Skin. Follow the "40th & Hurstmere" signage.
Paid Parking: 40 Anzac Street (Auckland Transport) and 144-148 Hurstmere Road (Wilson Parking).
