About Iris
Iris Bellve is a Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, Tarot Reader and Beautician, offering ritualistic online and in-person healing sessions. She blends intuition, intention, and yin-like energy to create a welcoming space for you to arrive exactly as you are.
Iris’ path into energy work and holistic healing began at a young age, growing up immersed in dance, which she found to be a deeply therapeutic practice for processing and expressing emotion. Her earliest experiences of the wellness world came through women’s circles, breathwork retreats, craniosacral therapy, and yoga nidra; practices that opened a deeper awareness of her body and inner landscape. Assisting on retreats, hosting wellness events, and running an aerial yoga studio has since shaped her understanding of the emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies, and how to guide others through transformative experiences.
Reiki
After the passing of her grandfather, Iris experienced a sudden awakening of her clairvoyant abilities. She began intuitively sharing what she perceived within others’ energetic fields, later refining this through four consecutive Reiki trainings on her path to becoming a Reiki Master Teacher. Her intuitive work now weaves together visual symbolism, felt emotion, clear knowing, channelled words, past-life and energetic imprints, and communication with the spirit realm, offering insight to support each client’s healing and integration.
Sound
Iris hosts weekly Sound Bath classes at Sala in Ponsonby and is deeply passionate about creating layered, high-quality sensory experiences. Her 1:1 sound therapy sessions incorporate a curated selection of crystal and Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and chimes to support nervous system regulation and energetic alignment. Her approach is deep and activating, working with intentional dissonance to shift stagnant energy, balanced by moments of harmonising frequencies, layered overtones, silence and smoke cleansing to guide you into a state of powerful inner peace.
Tarot
Iris’ Tarot studies unfolded over many months, gathering weekly in a large bell tent on farmland in the Waitākere Ranges. There, she was guided in depth through the traditional Tarot system, with a strong focus on the Motherpeace Tarot and the teachings of Karen Vogel and Vicki Noble. These influences continue to shape her reading style; feminine, historically rooted, and honouring an expressive, authentic path through the cards. Her readings are conversational, honest, and light, offering a reflective space to explore potential paths ahead. While she reads primarily intuitively, her work is grounded in traditional and ancient symbolism, with an ever-evolving language she continues to deepen, expand, and refine.
Gua Sha
Iris began her early career as a beautician and makeup artist, a foundation she now weaves into her holistic Gua Sha treatments. For Iris, Gua Sha is an uplifting energetic practice, supporting the flow of Qi and blood to enhance natural radiance from within. Her philosophy centres on hydration, nourishment, and embracing the ageing process with care and reverence. Rather than resisting time, she encourages a relationship with the skin that is grounded in acceptance and love. Her signature Gua Sha treatment is designed not just for skin nourishment but as a sensory, healing experience.

Reiki can support the clearing of energetic blockages, restore emotional balance, and align your energy, encouraging a renewed sense of peace and clarity.
Your session begins with guided meditation and crystal singing bowls, then flows into hands-on or hands-above-the-body healing. Crystals and symbols may be placed on the body to enhance and support the healing process.
Choose an express healing for gentle energetic rebalancing and relaxation, or dive deeper with our signature session, including advanced techniques such as chakra restructuring, energy release, timeline healing and intention imbedding.
After the session, Iris will gently guide you out using sound healing instruments, then invite you to integrate over tea and chocolate with an intuitively selected oracle card.

Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy uses specific frequencies to help shift your brainwaves into a meditative state. This process, known as brainwave entrainment, helps calm your nervous system and supports your body’s ability to heal.
Your session begins with guided meditation and crystal singing bowls. Tuning forks are activated around the head for brain balance, as well as through the layers of your energetic field and specific points on the body.
Then, traditional Tibetan singing bowls are played both around and on the body, creating a deeply restorative and healing soundscape.
After the session, Iris will gently guide you out using Heola and Kenari chimes, then invite you to integrate over tea and chocolate with an intuitively selected oracle card.

Tarot Reading
Tarot Readings help provide clarity by reflecting energies and possibilities, guiding your next steps through the intuitive and clairvoyant abilities of your reader. The cards offer relevant insights into the energies surrounding you and potential paths ahead.
An intake form is emailed to you prior to your session for you to highlight any themes or specific questions for your reading. Over tea and chocolate, we will draw cards that reflect your current situation, any underlying influences or blockages, and guidance for your next steps. Each reading is personalised to you and the clarity you seek.
Our signature session allows space for 2–3 themes, offering a more expansive exploration. Express readings focus on one key theme, and couples readings are also available.
When booking you may choose to add on Reiki Healing and a Session Summary including images and interpretations of your cards. If you wish, you will also receive an audio recording of your appointment.

Gua Sha
Using the gentle touch of Bian stone Gua Sha, this treatment works to support relaxation, skin vitality, and Qi flow.
Your session begins with guided breath, meditation and sound healing, followed by a botanical oil cleanse and warm aromatherapy towels. Rosewater hydrosol and a nourishing facial oil follow to provide hydration and glide.
Choose an express Reiki-infused Gua Sha treatment of your face, neck, and décolletage. Or, sink into our signature session including a tender, mineral-rich clay mask and rosemary oil scalp massage.

A deeply intentional experience supporting healing across the layers of your timeline.
This ritual is especially supportive if you are standing at a threshold, ready to shed outdated patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and trust.
We begin with ceremonial cacao and a past, present, future Tarot spread to clarify your themes for release, awareness, and expansion. A thoughtfully designed guided meditation and sound bath follows, then hands-on or hands-above the body Reiki is channelled toward your past, present, and future selves using Reiki's distance symbol, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.
