The Healing Room is seeking an enthusiastic female Chinese Medicine Practitioner to join our warm healing space in Eden Terrace, Auckland.
This is a beautiful opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about women’s health and fertility and is interested in working alongside other healing modalities including Reiki, sound healing, Gua Sha, and beauty services.
About the space
Located in Eden Terrace, our thoughtfully curated studio is designed to support treatments that invite slowing down, softening, and reconnecting. With soothing colours, grounding textures, and ambient lighting, The Healing Room offers a quiet, nurturing atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who...
Is trained and qualified in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture required)
Has a special interest and experience in supporting women’s health and fertility
Is self-motivated, professional, and ready to grow their own client base
Feels excited by the idea of collaboration and co-creating wellness events
Aligns with a holistic, intuitive, and feminine approach to healing
Loves their practice but prefers not to handle the behind-the-scenes business and marketing, we’ve got that covered for you!
What we offer
A tranquil, beautifully curated room with existing clientele and growing community
A self-contractor model, you hire the space at a competitive rate and receive all client income weekly
Opportunities to collaborate on unique offerings blending acupuncture with sound healing, Reiki, Gua Sha and meditation
What you'll receive
20 hours per week at The Healing Room
30 minutes additional setup/pack down time
Linen, towels and laundry included
Full use of Fresha booking system
Practitioner profile on our website
Features in The Healing Room email and social media marketing
Access to The Healing Room Session Summary Canva template
Support from Iris and Jess with booking system and social media exposure
Monthly catchups with Iris and Jess for goals and marketing focus
Hours
Monday ~ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Tuesday ~ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Wednesday ~ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Thursday ~ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Friday ~ 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Total: 20 hours + 30 mins additional set up and pack down each day
We currently have the flexibility to replace a weekday session with a weekend session or to add a late Friday evening session.
Occupancy fee
$10 per hour = $200 per week
Each practitioner is granted a Room Licence Agreement for exclusive use of the treatment room on an ongoing basis. The licence fee is payable weekly in advance and is not suspended for holidays or periods of non-use.
