Your session continues with a blend of hands-on or hands-above healing from both practitioners, intuitively working through your chakra system. Together, they clear energetic blockages, restore emotional balance, and guide you toward inner peace. 

Crystals and symbols may be placed on the body to enhance and support your healing process. To close, return to the soothing sounds of Koshi chimes and guided meditation, followed by tea, chocolate, and a moment to reflect.

Jess begins with a guided meditation to ease you into the present moment. As your body softens, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls move through the space, shifting brainwaves and opening the doorway to rest and renewal.

Then, Iris offers Reiki—either on or above the body—focusing on your energy centres and intention. Crystals and symbols may be placed on the body to support grounding and alignment, while the sound healing and Reiki continues to flow.

The experience is held within an ambient setting. Warm lighting and soothing scents create a deeply calming atmosphere. As the session comes to a close, smoke cleansing and Koshi chimes gently mark your return to the room.

You’ll be guided through a closing meditation, followed by an oracle card for insight. Tea and chocolate are offered as you ease back into the day, and a written reflection with insights will be shared with you afterward.

As Jess continues with Gua Sha, Iris intuitively moves through your chakra system, placing crystals and healing symbols to restore balance across your body, mind, and spirit.

The session closes with smoke and sound cleansing, followed by tea, chocolate, and time to reflect. Your session begins with a calm arrival—Koshi chimes, a botanical oil cleanse, and a warm aromatherapy towel to ease you into stillness. As Iris begins your Reiki-infused Gua Sha facial, Jess deepens the journey with 30 minutes of crystal singing bowls. These sound waves soothe the nervous system, shift brainwaves, and gently support emotional and energetic realignment.

Bian stone Gua Sha enhances the flow of Qi, blood, and fluids throughout the body. A tender, mineral-rich clay masque is then applied, paired with a deeply relaxing scalp massage (with or without oil). While your skin absorbs the masque, Koshi chimes return to gently anchor your awareness.

To close, Iris offers hands-on Reiki over one chakra or energetic theme, followed by a guided meditation and oracle card message—shared alongside tea and chocolate.
