Pause Offerings are a curated collection of ritualistic 1:1 and online services by Iris Bellve—Reiki Master, Yogic Guide, Beautician, and Tarot Reader. With a deeply intuitive and intentional approach, Iris brings a yin-like energy and welcoming presence, inviting you to arrive authentically as you are.
Iris’ journey into energy work and holistic healing began at a young age, attending women’s circles, yoga trainings, breathwork immersions, and Tarot intensives. Through her own experiences with mental health and womb healing, she discovered firsthand the power of these practices. Years of assisting on retreats and hosting wellness events has given her a deep awareness of the emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies.
Additionally, Iris has over five years experience as a Beautician and Makeup Artist. She works with high-quality, minimal-ingredient skincare and infuses her passion for simple, intentional skincare with her ritualistic ethos. Her signature facial treatment is designed not just for skin nourishment but as a sensory, healing experience.
Whether through Reiki’s gentle recalibration, the insights of Tarot, or the nourishing touch of holistic beauty, every Pause Offering is a multisensory healing experience, weaving together energetic healing, ancient divination, and modern spirituality. Each ritual is designed to inspire growth, clarity, and positive transformation on your journey.
Gua Sha Face
Gua Sha Face is more than a facial—it’s a ritual. A deeply restorative experience where skincare meets energetic renewal. Using the gentle touch of Bian stone Gua Sha, this treatment works to support relaxation, skin vitality, and Qi flow.
Your session begins with a botanical oil cleanse and a warm aromatherapy towel, melting away tension and preparing your skin for ritual. Reiki energy is activated during your Gua Sha treatment of the face, neck, and décolletage.
Next, a tender, mineral-rich clay mask is applied. This blend of earth and water nourishes, soothes, and detoxifies the skin with calming, anti-inflammatory ingredients leaving you with a radiant, refreshed complexion. As your masque works its magick, surrender to a deeply soothing scalp massage with or without oil.
Your ritual is completed with hands-on Reiki healing focused on a key chakra/theme. Guided meditation, sound and smoke cleansing gently awaken you back into the space where you will receive an oracle card message, tea and chocolate. A full Tarot Reading can be added on for deeper spiritual insight.
Please note that this Gua Sha offering is not a clinical or medical service, but a gentle beauty and wellness ritual designed to support relaxation and energetic balance.

Reiki Ritual
Reiki Rituals are available in two options: a focused 30 minute session designed to align 2-3 key chakras/themes or a 60 minute session that supports your entire chakra system, body, mind, and spirit. Both begin with guided breathwork and meditation to help you drop in. Choose between hands-on Reiki or energy healing just above the body—whichever feels best for you.
This is a deeply immersive session including atmospheric music, sound healing, creative chakra lighting, and the grounding support of crystals placed on the body. Your healing experience will close with smoke cleansing, tea and chocolate. Crystals used in the session are available for purchase if you’d like to take one home and a Tarot Reading can be added on for deeper insights.
After your session, you’ll receive a summary of the healing focus, any insights or clairvoyant messages, and oracle guidance. Where applicable, Iris will also share personalised yoga, meditation, breathwork, or ritual suggestions. An intake questionnaire is sent prior to your appointment for focus areas, intentions, and session preferences.

Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki can clear blocks, restore balance, and invite calm—all from the comfort of your own space. Choose between a focused 30 minute session to align 2-3 key chakras/themes or a 60 minute session to support your entire chakra system, body, mind, and spirit. A Tarot Reading can be added on for deeper insight.
Before your healing session, Iris sets up her space with intention—chakra crystals are smoke cleansed and placed on a treatment bed to channel your energy, creating a bridge between you both. Distance Reiki works with symbols, clairvoyant insight and taps into universal energy—allowing healing to flow beyond the physical limitations of space and time.
You may feel warmth, tingling, relaxation, or emotional shifts. Some prefer to create intentional space to rest in stillness, others carry on with their day as normal—the healing energy will always meet you where you are.
After your session, you’ll receive a summary of the healing focus, any insights or clairvoyant messages, and oracle guidance. Where applicable, Iris may also share personalised yoga, meditation, breathwork, or ritual suggestions. An intake questionnaire is sent prior to your appointment for specific focus areas and intentions.

Tarot Reading
Tarot Readings are available as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to any Pause Offering. Tarot is a tool for accessing deeper wisdom and revealing insights beyond the conscious mind. Acting as a mirror, it reflects energies, patterns, and possibilities to guide your next steps. Whether you're seeking direction, validation, or a nudge from the universe, the cards always have something surprisingly relevant to say.
As your Tarot Reader, Iris will pull three cards, offering clarity and cosmic confirmation. You can submit up to three questions or themes at booking, or simply allow the cards to reveal what you most need to hear. For added depth, she will also draw oracle cards to highlight your overall energy and underlying influences.
After the reading, you’ll receive a detailed Session Summary of the messages that came through for deeper reflection and integration. Where applicable, Iris may also share personalised yoga, meditation, breathwork, or ritual suggestions—helping you further embody and apply the guidance received.
