Head, Heart, Womb is a 2 hour, multi-layered spiritual experience designed for women to drop down through the chakra system–into their powerful, intuitive womb space.
Intention setting
Leading up to the Full Moon in Sagittarius–we’ll gather to pause, listen to, and nurture the wild essence of the feminine. We begin with a Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Smoke Cleansing and Intention Setting.
Activate your sacral
Then, dive into Guided Meditation, Sacral Chakra Sound Healing, Tarot Insights and Guided Journaling. Share in a gentle structured circle, and close with hands-on Reiki Healing to soothe and activate your sacral centre.
