Connection circle
Ostara Gatherings are monthly, intentional and soulful connection circles aligned to the energy of the moon. This is your opportunity to spend time with like-minded people in a meditative and healing environment.
Inner reflection
You’ll arrive at an inner-city, Japandi, wellness space, Kenkō Studios, to an intimate connection circle. Tea will be served as we explore the current astrology through guided visualisation, gentle journaling and a light sharing circle.
Sound journey
Then, receive hands-on Reiki healing from Iris Bellve and Jess Pearson, Reiki Master Teachers and co-founders of The Healing Room. Your healing will be accompanied by a uniquely layered sound journey from both practitioners, featuring guided meditation, ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, gong, and Koshi chimes.
