Head, Heart, Womb is a 2 hour, multi-layered spiritual experience designed for women to drop down through the chakra system — into their powerful, intuitive womb space.
Intention setting
Leading up to the Full Moon in Sagittarius — we’ll gather to pause, listen to, and nurture the wild essence of the feminine. We begin with a Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, Smoke Cleansing and Intention Setting.
Activate your sacral
Then, dive into Guided Meditation, Sacral Chakra Sound Healing, Tarot Insights and Guided Journaling. Share in a gentle structured circle, and close with hands-on Reiki Healing to soothe and activate your sacral centre.
