We begin with ceremonial cacao and a past, present, future Tarot spread to clarify your themes for release, awareness, and expansion. A thoughtfully designed guided meditation and sound bath follows, then hands-on or above-above Reiki is channelled toward your past, present, and future selves using Reiki's distance symbol, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.

After the session, your Reiki practitioner will gently guide you out using sound healing instruments and invite you to integrate over tea and chocolate.
