Using the distance Reiki symbol, your healer tunes into your energy, calls in Reiki guides, and places crystals as a proxy for your chakras. Reiki is channelled through this layout, as they work through each chakra and focus on areas of imbalance.

An intake form is emailed to you prior to your session for you to highlight your healing focus. Then, simply rest in a quiet space, free from disturbance (perhaps with a candle and soft music) or continue with your day. Many experience warmth, tingling, emotional release or deep relaxation.

After the healing, you will receive a personalised Session Summary including key insights and messages. This ensures you can return to the guidance whenever needed and move forward with confidence.
