The session then flows into Reiki, where either hands-on or hands-above the body healing is offered, depending on your preference. Reiki clears energetic blockages, restores emotional balance, and aligns your energy, helping you experience peace and clarity.
Crystals and symbols may be placed on the body to enhance and support your healing process. After the session, your Reiki practitioner will gently guide you out using crystal singing bowls and invite you to integrate over tea and chocolate.

Sound Healing
Your Sound Healing begins with Koshi chimes and a calming guided meditation to invite stillness and centre the mind. This calming practice prepares you for the healing that follows. The session then flows into the sound bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls melt away tension and promote deep relaxation.
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to shift brainwaves into a meditative state. This process, known as brainwave entrainment, calms the nervous system and supports the body’s ability to heal.
Reiki healing is also infused into your sound bath to restore emotional balance and realign your energy. At the end of your session, you're invited to integrate over tea and chocolate.

Four-Hand Reiki

The session continues with a blend of hands-on or hands-above healing from both practitioners, intuitively working through your chakra system. Together, they clear energetic blockages, restore emotional balance, and guide you towards inner peace.
