What first drew me to Tarot was actually my logical side. I’ve always been practical, someone who knows how to get things done, who sees the world through structure and reason. Yet there was a part of me that wanted to feel more connected to intuition, to the unseen layers beneath the surface.
Curious about anything esoteric, Tarot became the doorway for me to explore that deeper. Through them, I began to learn to trust my own intuition: how to listen, how it felt in my body, and how it uncovered even deeper truths hidden beneath my thoughts.
Now, even as someone who still values logical and intellectual thinking, Tarot has become a ritual of self-care, a way to let my mind soften and allow my heart to take the lead. I knew there were deeper parts of myself waiting to be explored, if only I could get out of my own way.
Yung Pueblo talks about intuition in his book The Way Forward - “There are two critical things to understand about intuition. The first is that it doesn’t care about your comfort zone. It will ask you to be bold and valiant even if you do not feel ready. Just like love, intuition is a vehicle for growth. If you listen to it, it will help you reach new personal heights. But to get there, you will have to face what is weighing you down and fully let it go. The second is that it may ask you to place yourself in difficult situations where you will have to face your fears, but it will never ask you to hurt yourself. Intuition will invite you to be courageous, but it will not lead you into a reckless dead end.”
Tarot has always been that honest mirror, cutting through illusion and guiding you back to truth. It challenges me to get out of my mind, remove myself from the fears and look at things from a different perspective.
It’s not about hearing what you want, but receiving what your soul needs. When you let go of control and expectation, that’s when the real magic of the cards begins to speak.
I created these Tarot Spreads because, whenever I’d sit down with friends and we’d pull out the cards, the first thing I’d hear was, “I don’t know what to ask.”
Being naturally curious and drawn to exploring the inner world, it felt right to turn those deeper questions into something others could use, a tool for reflection, healing, and self-discovery. I wanted it to feel different from what’s already out there: intentional, clear, and meaningful, without anything generic or fluffy.
With my love for psychology integrated throughout, the guide includes specific spreads like “Healing the Mother Wound”, “Holistic Healing Spreads”, “Meeting Your Shadow”, “The Way I Accept Love”, and “Navigating Resistance” but it also offers some gentle ones like “What Is My Next Step?”.
Each spread is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re pulling three cards for better clarity or diving into a layered nine-card journey through the psyche. This is your time to explore the self, reconnect with your intuition, and begin your own conversation with the cards.
