The Healing Room offers gentle, intentional sessions to support your well-being in Eden Terrace, Takapuna and online.
Here, you are invited to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself away from the noise of daily life. Through Reiki, sound healing, Gua Sha, naturopathy and readings, we provide gentle support for you to slow down, rest and realign.
Each session meets you where you are, creating space for healing to unfold naturally.
Reiki healing is a gentle yet powerful practice that channels universal life force energy to support inner balance. Rooted in ancient traditions and rediscovered by Dr. Usui, Reiki helps clear energetic blockages and encourages the body’s natural healing process.
During a session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or above the body, allowing the flow of energy to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and stress reduction. This process, called entrainment, can help the body's energy with flow, vitality and peace.
